Deliveries, Returns and Exchange Policy


Note: Items purchased are sent using a signed postal service so it is advisable to ensure the shipping address your select is occupied during the delivery window to promote safe receipt of your item/s



All orders confirmed are dispatched within one working day Monday to Friday. Please note that Saturday/Sundays and Bank Holidays are not working days.

DELIVERY TIMES UK SHIPMENTS (with our standard service)

Fedex deliveries averagely take 2-3 working days to arrive to a UK address. Please note Fedex state that this delivery service can in rare instances take up to and including 10 working days to arrive and it is not before that date that we can deem the item/s lost in the post.


Please note some more remote areas within the UK may not be eligible for our standard service and therefore we will contact you to offer other postage options, sadly some of these options may require an upgrade in service and extra funds from you as the customer, you can of course cancel your purchase if this does not suit you. We apologise in advance for this and hope you understand that we try to pick the best possible value and fastest service available from our possible couriers.


Items to European addresses take on average 3-4 working days. 
Items to the Rest of the world including the USA take on average 4-5 working days. 
Please note Fedex state that this delivery service can take up to and including 20 working days to arrive and if you do have your goods before that date that we can deem the item's lost in the post.



Need to return your item? Don't Worry

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Stylemygolf.com, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 


Returns (International Addresses)

The buyer is liable for all shipping costs when returning from an international address.*

When returning these items we recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. DPD, UPS,FEDEX) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error or item is clearly faulty. *

Simply use the slip that should have arrived with your item/s to let us know what exactly you are returning, your purchasing details and any other relevant information.


Refunding products:

• Please say clearly on the item you wish to return your Full Name and Item Title to receive a full refund of the purchase price, this will be actioned and refunded via the same payment method as the original order. 

Please note:
Refunds can take 2/3 working days to show in your bank account when the original purchase was made by Credit/debit card. 

Refunds back to your Paypal Account will not go back to the original bank account (we cannot apply this action as is restricted by Paypal) but show as a balance in your Paypal Account, you can then control this balance as you wish. 

We cannot accept returns for second hand or custom fit items unless they were delivered faulty.

Faulty Goods

All goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer (unless stated otherwise). If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:

In all cases we will require the customer to provide photo’s / images of the faulty item, along with the proof of purchase for that item, please forward these items to enquiries@stylemygolf.com. Based on the outcome of this we may require the item to be returned to us in whole or part, this is to try to reduce the postage costs for both parties. We will contact the relevant manufacturer in relation to the fault, who may at their discretion require an inspection of the item. The manufacturer reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement like for like or issue a credit voucher. They also reserve the right to return the faulty item if they feel there is no manufacturing fault.

For purchases under 14 days old we will cover the cost of the return of the faulty item where needed, for purchases 14 days – under 12 months the cost of the return must be met by the customer.

In some cases where the manufacturer feels there is no manufacturing fault, they may offer to repair the faulty item at your cost, if you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we instruct the manufacturer to proceed.

Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

2)    Post back the item via recorded delivery to the following address:
